Acting as  knowledge-broker between universities, organisations and enterprises.

Project management and project work in national and international competence development projects with the use of modern pedagogical concepts and information technology/telematics.

Strategic development and implementation of Flexible Work and Flexible Learning using ICT as a tool in schools, enterprises and organisations. Introduction of Virtual Project Teams and Virtual Project Management.

Installation of hardware and software for communication, videoconferencing, computer conferencing. Training of the users and performing pilot projects in competence development especially for SMEs.

 Consultancy and training in pedagogical and methodological aspects of Flexible Learning.

 Education in computer science, communication, telematics, computer supported management etc.

 Participates with project management and project work in several European Programmes as  TEMPUS, LEONARDO, SOCRATES, Phare, Tacis.

Project co-ordinator for the establishment of Learning Centres for distance education in Central Sweden with tools such as fax, BBS, Internet, data communication, ISDN, computer conferencing, video conferencing, multimedia servers etc. ICDC is direct involved in about 20 Learning Centres and have close links to about 50 Learning Centres.
